Our Shipping and Refund policy gives a brief introduction to the different shipping methods we use and other details associated with it. Here, the terms have been clearly stated that describes the various situations in which you are eligible for a refund, return or cancellation.
You are eligible for a return or refund when : i) the products have been delivered to you in a damaged or unacceptable condition, ii) the product is past the expiry date, iii) you received a product different to what you had ordered iv) The number of products varies from what you had selected.
Any of the above situations can betaken as a condition eligible for a return or a refund. Once we receive your refund or return request, it goes through a fraud check by our customer support, if found genuine your request is processed to further stages. It will take up to 14 days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account. But, if you do not receive the amount even after 14 days from the time your request for refund and return was approved then you should immediately contact our customer care support.
Note: You are not eligible for a return or refund, if the product got damaged due to your carelessness, or the product was not delivered to you because you did not pay the custom duty charges, or you received a different product because you accidentally ordered a wrong product, or the delivery address you provided was not the right one.
We deliver products world wide. We are a part of the global online market and are open for the customers 24hours day, so you can buy and contact us anytime. Our online shop offers two types of shipping : Registered Mail and Express Mail
The Registered Mail takes around 4-5days, whereas Express Mail requires 2-3 days. Those looking for urgent delivery services can opt for the Express Mail option.Shipping options are available in the order form.
The products are shipped only on business working days. The orders placed on holidays will be processed on the business day that follows the holiday.
The delivery process may cancel or get delayed if any 'force majeure' case arise. It will not be practical to carry on delivery of products during some unforeseen events like natural calamities, social unrest or epidemic. Usually, we postpone the process and wait for the incidents to recover. If that is not possible, we will stop the procedure and do a refund.

Cancellation of the order
The order that you placed can be canceled only if:
1) You call within 24 hours of making an order, &
2) If the product has not been shipped to its address.
So, even if you call within 24 hours and if by chance the order has already been shipped, then your request for cancellation cannot be processed.
